To protect the visor from damage during transport, both sides are equipped with easily removable protective films. The shield includes frontal and lateral impact resistance, reinforced with aluminum edges that enhance strength and flexibility. Users can adjust the visor shape to meet specific work needs.
Crafted from extrusion-grade polycarbonate (PC), the shield withstands high-speed particle impacts up to 120 m/s, even in extreme temperatures. It also provides professional-grade UV protection, maintaining color clarity and reducing eye strain during extended use.
The broad visor design offers a wide field of vision and effective protection against splashes and liquid hazards. In addition, the face shield passes rigorous ignition tests: even when pressed with a 650℃ heated iron rod, it does not catch fire or glow red.
