Description

Product Description:
1) A spinal anaesthetic can be used for most operations below the waist. A spinal anaesthetic is performed by an anaesthetist. A very fine needle is inserted into the middle of the lower back and local anaesthetic is injected through the needle into the fluid that surrounds the spinal cord
2) Spinal anaesthesia (or spinal anesthesia), also called spinal block, subarachnoid block, intradural block and intrathecal block, is a form of neuraxial regional anaesthesia involving the injection of a local anaesthetic or opioid into the subarachnoid space, generally through a fine needle, usually 9 cm (3.5 in) long.
3) Eat more foods as your body can tolerate. If you feel nauseated, do not eat or drink anything for one hour and then try drinking clear liquids.
4) However, general anesthesia is commonly preferred because of its faster onset of action. Spinal anesthesia is also associated with a better control of postoperative nausea and vomiting and a higher possibility of early discharge
