1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange items within 7 days from the date of delivery or purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The item is not a custom, personalized, or special-order product (which cannot be returned or exchanged).
  • The item is not damaged or defective due to improper use or care.
2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same steps as above. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange for the same or a different product of equal or lesser value.

  • If you are exchanging for a product of greater value, the difference must be paid.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return has been processed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that are used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
